Round table "Formation of relations of employers and experts"

April 6, 2016, the Department of Management Faculty of Management and Marketing of Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National Economic University organized round table “Formation of relations of employers and experts.”
Among the invited General Director of “SCB” Ukrelectromash” Ph.D. Olexandr Kolesnikov.
Dean of the Faculty of Management and Marketing Professor Timonin O.M. acted, which emphasized the need to develop personal skills and competencies formation of the modern manager in various industries.
At the round table with participation of the head of the Department of Management, Professor Koyuda V.O., Ph.D., assoc. Zaslavskaya K.A, Ph.D., assoc. Petrenko O.O. examined the issue and features the collaboration of the University to prepare competent professionals, modern requirements to specialists in accordance with global trends, practical aspects of modern recruitment firms.
Active discussion and interest on the side of students showed that such measures should take place on a regular basis.
