11/30/2017. For students of specialty 073 “Management” of the educational program “Management of Organizations”, the Management Department held a meeting with representatives of the business environment.
Invited to participate:
– Melesh V.I. Deputy Director of Economic department , LLC “Tubnij Zavod”, the graduate of Kharkov Institute of Engineering and Economics;
– Petrenko A.A., Project Manager in Axiom SL, Software Developer, Ph.D., Associate Professor.
Participants discussed topical issues of graduates’ employment, especially in the absence of practical experience, career opportunities for employees.
Considerable attention was paid to the recommendations of HR-managers on the preparation of resumes for admission to the first job and, in the first place, mistakes that should not be allowed in the preparation of the resume, as well as the key points in the summary that the candidate is selected for selection.
Students showed interest in the issues under consideration, and also supported a lively discussion. The meeting is rich and interesting!
